Warranty Information

All warranty claims are handled through Clean Cuisine, the makers of Full Fitness Fusion. As such, the following policies apply:

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure
Please contact our tech support team first by emailing Info@CleanCuisineandMore.com before returning any defective product. From there, you will be given instructions on how to return your product.

90-Day Warranty
The Full Fitness Fusion DVD carries a 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure (but no refunds will be made after 30 days unless otherwise noted – a replacement will be provided). This warranty does not apply when the product has been used in ways not intended by the manufacturer or damaged due to user negligence of any kind.
