FULL FITNESS FUSION fuses a variety of highly effective fitness training techniques into one time-efficient 30-minute workout that keeps the heart rate elevated while strengthening and toning all of the major muscles in the body. The DVD includes the 30 minute FULL FITNESS FUSION body sculpting and fat burning workout; 5 minute optional fusion activation calorie burning warm up that prepares viewers to exercise at their best; and a 10 minute bonus stretch and firm yoga inspired cool down that includes posture work. (Some equipment needed: sturdy chair; 3 to 8 lb. weights; 5 to 15 lb. kettlebells; yoga mat.) The DVD shows modifications and is perfect for all fitness levels. Done for 30 minutes, 3 times a week, FULL FITNESS FUSION will change the body!

Author and fitness professional, Ivy Larson initially adopted the 30-minute workout because her MS symptoms would flare up if she spent too long exercising and got overheated. Once she started noticing her own body getting leaner and tighter doing the shorter duration, higher-intensity FULL FITNESS FUSION workouts and cutting out the extra cardio time on the treadmill and bike she started testing her workout system on clients and collecting numerous testimonials.

Not only does FULL FITNESS FUSION deliver incredible and very visible full body transforming results it is fun, includes creative new exercises and can be adapted to every fitness level as well as to those individuals who have orthopedic issues. Ivy herself is no stranger to orthopedic issues; she filmed the workout just 9 months after a major surgery to correct a congenital hip disorder called “femoral retroversion” that was causing severe hip pain and early hip deterioration. The 6 hour surgery, a deroational osteotomy, required breaking her thigh bone in half and left her unable to walk for 7 months. During her recovery period Ivy was still able to stay fit, lean and strong by using the FULL FITNESS FUSION exercise training techniques. The three ladies who joined Ivy in the workout also had their own physical limitations as one was pregnant, another had undergone 4 major knees surgeries and one struggled with back pain. And yet all of the women—all mothers in their mid-thirties—were able to do the workout and feel as though they got their heart rates up while targeting every major muscle in their body.

Ivy’s personal health struggles have made her passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through fitness and nutrition. Her books have sold tens of thousands of copies and her story continues to inspire people all over the world.

IVY’S STORY: In 1998 Ivy Larson had just graduated college with a B.S. degree and earned her American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Specialist certification. The former All American Cheerleader, dancer and gymnast looked to be the picture of health and she was thrilled to be working in a hospital wellness center teaching exercise classes and providing exercise prescriptions for patients with a variety of medical conditions. Soon after Ivy landed her new job an alarming stream of symptoms including incontinence, severe muscle spasms, muscle weakness and numbness in her limbs started troubling her and she began shuffling from one doctor to another in search of answers. The night she was unable to void her bladder she ended up in the emergency room at the same hospital where she worked. At that point she knew something was seriously wrong and she left the hospital wearing a catheter. Within weeks of the terrifying E.R. visit she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at the University of Miami.

Fast forward fifteen years….today Ivy is symptom free of MS. She is a vibrant 36-year old mother, author of four nutrition books and now the creator of the FULL FITNESS FUSION 30-Minute Solution workout DVD. Ivy has kept the symptoms of her MS in remission for over a decade by following the nutrition program outlined in her various books, including her most recent, Clean Cuisine: An 8-Week Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Program that Will Change the Way You Age, Look and Feel (Penguin-Berkley Books, Feb 2013), which she wrote with her husband, a surgeon, Andy Larson, M.D. Ivy has kept her body strong, limber and lean following her FULL FITNESS FUSION approach to fitness, an approach she explains the science behind in great detail in her Clean Cuisine book.

TESTIMONIALS: Trish committed to the FULL FITNESS FUSION approach for 30-minutes, 3 days a week for 8 weeks and lost a total of 27.5 inches and 19 pounds. Dan Haber made the FULL FITNESS FUSION commitment and lost 18 pounds and 8 inches from his waist and hips in just 5-weeks.
